If something isn’t right with your order, get in touch with our crew at hello@thednoodle.com or 1300 099 157 and we’ll sort it out.

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.

Your Dnoodle® is backed by a three-year warranty on all its components. The warranty does not extend to cover damage or misuse.
